We deliver, set up and collect all equipment at a time that suits you. Everything arrives clean, safe and ready to use, and we always leave the area tidy after collection — so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Important Hire Information
- Outdoor hires are not available during winter (1st November – 31st March)
- Indoor hires are available all year round
- Please confirm venue delivery and collection times before booking
- We do not set up on hard surfaces or artificial grass outdoors
- We do not set up in communal gardens or shared areas
Weather Policy
In the event of poor weather, bookings can be cancelled the day before if conditions are unsafe. Any payments made will be fully refunded.
Booking Party Extras
Some items are available as add-ons only. Simply choose your bouncy castle or ball pool first, then select any extras during the online booking process under the “Any Extras” section.
