Terms & conditions
The safe operation of the inflatable/equipment becomes your responsibility once set up, the proprietors
will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused.
Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
- A responsible adult should be on hand at all times to supervise children and keep the front of the castle clear.
- Most bouncy castles are designed for children only (14 and under). Adults are not to use them unless it is an adult castle, as size is more relevant than age it is consider anyone over the age of 15 to be an adult.
- There should be separate bouncing sessions for different age groups. Adults must not use the castle at same time as children.
- Shoes and any hard, sharp or dangerous objects, spectacles, or anything in the mouth that constitutes a choking hazard should be
removed before bouncing.
- For your child’s safety nobody must be allowed to climb or hang on the walls of the castle or bounce on the front step.
- Do not overload the castle, limit the number of users to approx 5 -7 children on 11 x 15ft castles, this allows each child enough
room to play safely on.
-
If in the unlikely event of the castle failing for any reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury, switch off castle at the mains, then check the blower tube has not come off or become untied, if so, slip the tube back on & tie it back up, also check nothing is covering the blower intake then switch back on at the mains, (If this does not work call us).
- Beware in wet conditions the castle, mats and all accessories will become very slippery.
- Never switch the blower on and off while the castle is in use as it will lose air pressure and could cause an injury.
- Occasionally check that the castle is still securely pegged down.
- No food, drink or cigarettes are to be taken onto the castle. No face paint and no party poppers are to be used as this can permanently stains our castles. (Charges will apply if panels need replacing due to staining unless confirming at time of booking).
- If the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected or has been stolen the hirer will be liable for the full repair, replacement or cleaning cost. This also applies to ancillary items such as blowers, extension leads etc.
- This clause does not apply when we deem the damage is due to reasonable wear and tear whilst the equipment is being used properly and in accordance with the conditions of hire here stated.
